About presszorix
presszorix is a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion: studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound, and the smooth, high-quality workflows that keep television news and live shows on air.
Built by people who still work on live studio floors
presszorix began as a set of evening workshops for camera operators who wanted steadier moves on air. Demand grew quickly, and today we teach the whole studio crew, from the first cable run to the final cue.
We focus on motion: how cameras travel, how light and sound shape a scene, and how a rundown flows between the floor and the gallery. Our tutors bring current experience from news bulletins, breakfast shows and live entertainment.
Three principles behind every course
Hands-on first
Every session starts with a rundown and ends with a rehearsal. Theory is kept short and tied to a task on the floor.
Broadcast-grade kit
You learn on the class of cameras, lighting and audio consoles that real news and live-show crews rely on.
Small, mixed crews
Groups stay small so everyone rotates through floor, gallery and audio positions and gets direct tutor feedback.
From prompter to playout, without the panic
Smooth workflows are learned, not improvised. We teach checklists for kit setup, clear talkback language and cue discipline, so a live show feels calm even when the running order changes at the last second.
